Support for framing of photographs for exhibitions at the Alternative Museum and theVisual Arts Museum in New York, September - December 1999.

My current work encompasses the form of the emblem, an allegorical composition produced from the 16th through the 18th Century. Each single page emblem added to an encyclopedic view of the cultural insights and beliefs of the day.

I feel this work is a faithful reflection of the accumulation of all my experiences as a woman, wife, full-time step-mother, daughter, sister and concerned artist, negotiating our present day, sometimes chaotic, external world.
