MJ Hasty

MJ will produce a full-length documentary on the experiences of young men and women who have served as interpreters for U.S. military and civilian organizations in wartime Iraq. Her interviews and interactions with friends and family, will reveal what inspired them to work as interpreters and the contradictory cultural and political situations they found themselves in while working for Americans.
