Sophia Pradhan is an arts administrator with over five years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, passionate about creating a world where artists have access to sustainable funding and are centered in movements for social change. She is especially drawn to the imaginative power of futurism and speculative storytelling to envision liberatory futures for marginalized communities.

Before joining Leeway, she worked as the Program Assistant at the South Asian American Digital Archive and completed a fellowship in Restorative Practices with Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Studies from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University.
