Letter to My Father: Creative Writing Workshop

Thursday, January 25, 2018 @ 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Bartol Foundation (Friends Center) 1501 Cherry Street, Phila.

Your relationship to your father (or lack of one) can influence how you see the world and yourself. For over a decade, writer and teaching artist Tina Smith-Brown has presented this workshop to people of all ages. In this session, you will learn how you can incorporate letter writing into your teaching artist practice in a way that creates a safe space for participants to explore difficult topics. Teaching artists in all disciplines and writing teachers are all welcome. Register here.
